- chipotle pepper sauce (Tabasco-style)

- ground cumin

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
Step 2
In non-stick skillet, brown bison -- breaking up into pieces -- with onion and garlic. Stir in kidney beans, salsa, 1/4 cup (60 mL) water, chili powder, chipotle pepper sauce, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat tortillas in oven about 5 min. Set table with the tortillas, meat mixture and toppings for everyone to build their own burrito.
Tips
For a more robust sandwich, top each tortilla with meat mixture, Sensations by Compliments Kansas City Style Smokey Barbecue Sauce and grated Cheddar cheese. Fold and reheat in a skillet or microwave.
