- cellar-aged Gruyère cheese, cut into sixteen equal pieces

- Sensations by Compliments Sliced Serrano Ham, each cut in half

- sherry vinegar

- 1 tbsp
- finely chopped fresh thyme

- honey

Directions
Step 1
Onto each skewer, thread 1 piece of cheese, half slice of ham (it can be folded) and an olive. Make 16 skewers. Arrange on serving platter. Whisk together oil, sherry vinegar, thyme, honey and salt. Drizzle dressing over skewers.
Tips
Sprinkle skewers with sliced almonds.
Substitute sherry vinegar with balsamic, white wine or red wine vinegar.
