Directions
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with whisk or mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Step 2
Spoon filling into crust.
Step 3
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, decorate with crushed pistachios and enjoy!
