- fresh pizza dough
- 650 g
- ⅓ cup
- prepared barbecue sauce
- 75 mL
- 1 cup
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 250 mL

- 1 ham steak, diced
- 175 g
- ½
- red pepper, seeded and diced
- ⅓ cup
- fresh or canned finely diced pineapple
- 75 mL
- 1 pkg
- shredded coleslaw mix (454 g)
- ⅓ cup
- prepared coleslaw dressing
- 75 mL
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Roll pizza dough on lightly floured surface to fit an 11 x 17-in. (28 x 43-cm) rimmed baking sheet. Transfer rolled dough to sheet and stretch to fit to edges. Spread barbecue sauce over dough. Top with cheese, ham, red pepper and pineapple.
Step 2
Bake 15 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Step 3
Meanwhile toss coleslaw mix with dressing. Serve pizza slices with coleslaw on the side.
